The UK National Process Server office is based in Hampton Hill.
This is where our regulated mixed team of male and female process serving agents are based so each and everyday are providing litigation support for our local solicitors, large and small businesses and are always available to give assistance directly to members of the public.
Our tasks are numerous including the professional "Serve" of legal and other important documents.
Once instructed for a Standard or Express urgent serve of documents we attend up to three visits on separate occasions on a fixed fee basis, including at least one out of hours visit in order to serve the legal documents personally.
Regular updates are provided after each visit and once service effected the relevant proof of service for example the Certificate of serve, Witness Statement or Affidavit depending on the document requirement is sent to you.
