The UK National Process Servers litigation support services and process servers are based throughout the UK including the British Channel Islands. We deliver legal documents on a fixed fee with up to 3 visits included and update you each step of the way. The UK National Process Servers Head Office is based in West London.

You can make a specific request when you book a UK Process Server when you need documents delivered early, late, or on the weekend.

When requested, we can also collect the legal documents from any UK Court or address if the originals need serving. In addition, we frequently serve documents overseas whilst accepting instructions for the service of legal documents worldwide.

For documents that need personally serving in a place of private residence, place of work, at a police station, prison, or a company, our process servers will work on your behalf and we will work with you in order to serve the document within the given timeframe.

Evidence of Service

Once your documents have been served we will complete and send you the relevant important paperwork for proof of service depending on the requirements such as sworn Affidavits; signed Statements of Service or Certificates of service. 

Most of our international documents require either the seal of a Notary Public on our Affidavit or if the request has gone via the Hague Convention (Article 5) an official Hague Certificate signed by the High Court Master in the Central Authority will be provided.

If you are unsure of the whereabouts of an individual we have access to a range of databases for desk research to locate and trace someone. 

 

When required, an inquiry agent can make discreet inquiries to physically check the address before you start initiating the Court process.​
